Desperately Seeking Deep Conditiiner

If you deep condition your hair once a week (or some other regularity) tell me which one you can’t live without. Hair is thick, curly, and pretty dry and frizzy. I’ve changed shampoo, conditioner and products lately so it’s slowly improving but I need a weekly deep conditioner as part of the routine. I spent a ton of $$ on products that I’m so far liking but I don’t want to spend a ton on a big container of something else unless it comes highly recommended. Thank you!!!

OP here. Preferable but not a must if the stuff really works.

My DD is AA. I really like the Camille Rose conditioning products for her hair.

Weirdly, Trader Joe’s has an excellent hair mask. White tube, green cap and green writing.

Is your hair coarse or fine? Color treated? Heat damage? What protein do you already have in your routine?

It's a cheap, drugstore product -- but Aussie 3-Minute Miracle has always been great for me.

Coconut oil, but I only use it about once every six weeks. I don't want to weaken the hair strands. I also have curly and frizzy hair.

I put the coconut oil in dry hair, focusing mostly on the front/top and the ends, then leave it for anywhere from 15 minutes to two hours, then wash and condition as normal.

Also after I get out of the shower, about once a week or two weeks, I put in Moroccan oil before using my regular hair products. https://www.moroccanoil.com/products/moroccanoil-treatment-original

There is literally no way to know if you have a similar hair type. OP hasn't given enough information. This thread is totally useless.

I love Ouidad products for my thick curls. This one is a great mask: https://www.ouidad.com/products/advanced-climate-control-frizz-fighting-hydrating-mask?variant=42795294720258.

Look up and try different styling methods online. Figure out what works well for your hair. Here are some to Google:
- Ouidad’s rake & shake method
- Curl cast method
- Water bowl method
- Curly girl method
