is there a deadline to submit a LOCI for a ED school?

and usually how to submit it, via portal, emailing directly to regional AO, or emailing to the general undergraduate application mailbox?

My DD sent two last week to Admissions counselor and local admissions connection. Both schools responded with kind thank yous and told her where to update any activities grades etc on portal (though semester grades come from counselor later).
Someone guided her through the process

So reply to the name on the letter received at Admissions and also send to local Admissions contact (the one who visits the high school /college fairs/etc)

DP. And it doesn't hurt to upload in portal.

Of course, all this is moot if they give you specific instructions for submitting.

Also - think carefully about what you are updating. But yourself in the admissions team's shoes and think about what they need to know that they do not already. If you already told them you play a sport - and you are not playing at the next level - telling them you one divisional honors does not move you to the "accept" pile. Respect them and do not waste their time.
If you completed a senior research project and you are excited to continue studying this within a specific program at the university - write that in your letter of continued interest.

My DC is struggling to send a LOCI as there is no new big achievements from November to now given how busy they have to focus on the college applications and the snow make a regional contest rescheduled.
