I have a block of rooms at a five-star hotel in Washington DC September 9 and 10. I blocked too many rooms and have a few left over. My loss is your fabulous opportunity to spend a night or two at a truly five-star hotel in the Georgetown area.

The listed price on the website is $595 per night; my rate is $425 but I am willing to sell them for $300 per night. You can book the room for one night or both nights. Mom’s night out, a gift for your hard-working spouse or a reward for a devoted employee or a dear teacher, this is a great deal! If this occurs over a weekend, and you haven't already, you should post on the local message boards on theknot.com. Generally, room blocks for wedding close out 30 days before the event, so once you're w/in 30 days, I bet there are some brides who have guests that missed the deadlines and would be interested in passing along the information. Or who would just pass along the information to people coming to town who might want to stay at a nicer hotel for a good deal.
