Can you break a lease in Virginia in the first 30 days?

True or False? Can you break a lease in Virginia in the first 30 days at an apartment complex? Someone has stated that in Virginia there is a little known law/rule that in the first 30 days of an apartment lease you can cancel it or refuse it IF you do it in the first 30 days. Is this true or false? Has anyone heard of anything like this at all?

I've heard that you can use a search engine to find state laws. I've also heard you can then read them.
