Escape Room Live in Alexandria is fun. If you're willing to travel to Georgetown, Escape Game rooms are beautiful and really well done.
I didn't love Bonds Escape Room in Arlington. Staff was very nice, but the props and game pieces were worn and malfunctioning in ways that affected game play. |

Bonds in Fairfax has great horror rooms.
Escapeology in Fairfax Corner is classic escape room with a mix of puzzles. Alexandria too. There is one in Arlingtonon Adams near the Williams Jefrey Tavern that has some exciting rooms--a little more involved and thinky. The escape rooms in Ballston Mall are more like physical adventures in some ways...they are fun and different. Finally in NOVA, one in Falls Church on 29, Cuber Raccoon or something--there is only one room, but it is linear and story based and perfect for beginners Insomnia on Wisconsin has some sophisticated great rooms. Escape rooms in Georgetown used to be something else, but they kept some classic, well rounded rooms. |
