| I thought my kids would enjoy doing an escape room in a box for New Year’s Eve. Any recommendations? My kids are 8 and 10. |

| Search on Amazon most of them are for 10 plus but there is one that was spy themed ages 3 - 6 so might seem childish to your kids. |

For age 10, I recommend
Dr gravely and stargazer - they are not that difficult compared to others https://a.co/d/1UwwOY4 https://a.co/d/4VotuKa Any of the exit game series, but choose the lower difficulty ones for a 10 year old https://a.co/d/hzYJlua Werewolf escape game - they will need some help, but this one is a lot of fun - combination lockboxes to open, etc https://a.co/d/3xzQuBT Escape room series - these are not very hard and use a decoder box. I think they are ok, but not particularly original https://a.co/d/48L6AXu I would avoid desckcape and unlock escape games - they are more of a card based game and not a good intro. Of the above, I like the exit game series the best - they are very clever, but the werewolf game has all the fun gadgets. |
