Article, Castlery, how is the quality?

Is this any good or just high design junk like Wayfair?

I have a bed from article, it is fine for a $1000 bed. It’s not nicer than you would expect. A well made wood bed costs at least $3k is the reality.

I would say it’s the same as any other at that price point.

There’s nothing unique about their model that would make the value vary a lot from other retailers.

We got the Seb TV stand and coffee table from Castlery early during the pandemic (end of 2020). It’s not going to be a family heirloom, but both are very solid and well made. I thought they were good quality for the price we paid (about $1200 total) but not sure what they are going for now.

We have article couch and chairs going on 5 years. Also a sideboard. All in Great condition still but we eventually added more stuffing to the couch.

We have a sideboard and console from Article and dining chairs from Castlery. All solid wood and the quality is decent.

We got a solid wood breakfast table from castlery and were very pleased! We wanted something cheaper and not fussy so we wouldn’t be upset if the kids use crayon on it. I think it was about $800.
