Pants for skinny teen boy

Anonymous
My 16 year old is 5’6” or 5’7”. 125 lbs. Very muscular but thin.

I ordered 9 pairs of sweatpants claiming to be slim fit and it was ridiculously big.

I’m trying men’s xs or teen xl. It’s all so baggy.

Lululemon men’s smalls are perfect. He has two pair but they are not warm and I need several more and can’t spend $130 each!

Help!

I bought womens from the gap when my son was that size. Just cut the tag out.

My skinny son is 5’7” 110-115 and for sweatpants wears a Men’s small in both Nike and Under Armour. Just bought some last week. The Nike run a little larger in the waist- I think mine has to flip the waistband on those. I’d think yours should fit in a Men’s small -otherwise medium, since he has slightly more weight than mine? Unless the Mediums are too long? Size small is about perfect for my son’s height.

I agree that pants are hard to find for this build. We have a very hard time with other pants/jeans but for sweatpants both of the above work well

Go for European brands like Zara and H&M. Also Japanese Uniqlo.

Addidas is also cut thin.

Mine has been wearing these since middle school (boys size) thru college (men’s size). So comfortable. You can refine by skinny, slim, athletic and regular stretch fit or sweat pant stretch. Seriously. Get them!

For sweats — Nike or Addidas. Uniqlo may also work, if you haven’t tried them yet.

My nephew is about your kid’s size. He gets jeans from American Eagle. We were there today and I think their men’s sizes start at 24 X 30.

$60+ for a pair of jeans for a growing boy? Are you out of your mind?

Try Express men. We have found some jeans there that work.
