Best overnight diapers toddler with skinny legs

We usually use regular diapers for overnight and they be been fine, but recently DS has peed through them. I’d like to try an overnight diaper but not sure where to try Pampers Overnight or Huggies Overnight. Which is better for a thinner child with skinny legs?

What size is he using? Can you move up a size?

His current diaper is definitely not too small. I just want to try an overnight brand and am not sure between the two listed above.

We use Huggies and they work well for overnight. We haven’t had any issues with leaks. Is he taking a drink with him to bed?

We use Huggies Overnight for our tall, skinny child.

I added a spoise pad to my kids diaper at night. Boys wet so heavily in front. Eventually we had a folded up spoise, and a nighttime diaper to soak it all up. But the pads are cheaper than the diapers, so worth a shot.
