Costco sectional for playroom

Do you have the Aria sectional from Costco? Looking for something for a smallish space for lounging/reading. We have a nicer one for the family room. I see the advantage being a sleeper for overnight guests, we have a guest room but sometimes have more guests.

Thanks! I like it a lot but see negative reviews so have been wondering. Is it easy to clean? How old is yours?
