Digital camera for kids WITHOUT games

My ILs got older DC a digital camera a couple years ago- ok for what it is but it has video games they can play on it too. They're often more interested in playing the mindless games on there than taking photos! My younger DC would like a camera nut is only 5 and I want one WITHOUT games- but all the "kids" cameras seem to have them! Am I missing something? Why can't I just find a durable kids camera for taking photos/videos and no video games??

This. We got our DC a bottom of the line Canon Power Shot or something similar (don't have it near me) around that same age, still uses it.
