30 inch dual oven range?

Does anyone have one of these? Do you like it? We never use the warming drawer, so that is just wasted space for us. So, I'm considering the dual oven option, but I don't know if I'll find both oven sections too small and therefore annoying?

We’ve had the Cafe double oven since 2019 and it’s been great. I do a lot of cooking and baking and yes, the top oven isn’t tall enough for my biggest Dutch oven but it really hasn’t been a problem.

I had one in a former home. It was handy for when we hosted but I didn’t end up using it that often. Also, you can’t fit a turkey in there.

We have an LG and can fit a turkey in the big oven, but it has to be <20 lbs

Do you feel like the bottom oven is really low?

Not OP, but the Cafe lower oven interior is 20.5 deep x 15h x 24wide, so it’s bigger or similar to standard single ovens. Like this Bosch 800 is 15.25 x 12.3 x 23.25 inside. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Bosch-800-Series-30-in-5-Element-Slide-In-Electric-Range-in-Stainless-Steel-with-True-Convection-Oven-and-Self-Cleaning-HEI8056U/

The Yale appliances review pointed this out and that sold me on getting the double. Those useless warming drawers take up space, too.

Is the bigger oven, the same as a standard?

Basically they just made the warming drawer a small oven.

I have dual 27 in ovens and they work just fine for me. I often make home pizzas and I like to do them in two different ovens so they are ready at the same time. Sometimes I'm making things that need different temps and I use both.

I don't use both all the time, but it's nice when I need it. And the 30 in ovens would not be too small! I have 27 inchers!

We have had the KitchenAid dual oven for 10 years & love it. Perfect size small oven on top is used most frequently. Larger oven below is full size with room for big turkey, etc. Absolutely best choice for us.

You're talking about something else.

+1 but ours is GE. 9 times out of 10 we’re using the small oven on top and it heats up SO quickly. Big oven below is big enough for turkey etc.

+2 - we love our GE profile double oven range. Use both almost daily. The lower oven fits a turkey and has not been an issue. We do use the smaller oven most frequently but hubby makes multiple roast veggies and fish for dinner using both ovens almost nightly and then kiddos bake their nuggets or pizza etc often at the same time so great investment for us. Had it in our hold house and replaced our single oven and cooktop out as soon as we moved into our newer house within a few months. Thxgiving turkeys have been no problem although have not had a need for a 20lb+ turkey so cannot say how that fits - check dimensions of the lower oven. I opted not to look at the LG or other options where the ovens could combine into one large one because of heating efficiency issues. GE double ovens have suited our needs quite well. Just remember when taking out the turkey or heavy meats/pans that sit on the lowest rack, it is where the warming drawer would be so very low to the ground and need to bend from knee and plan to avoid spilling etc or even a pizza sliding off the sheet half way out of the oven in hurried carelessness.

Not OP, but it looks like GE doesn't offer an induction version of the double oven range? If not, I think our best option is the Cafe'.
