Home Inspector Recommendation Needed - DC

Can anyone recommend a home inspector that they had a really good experience with? The home is located in NW DC and built in the 1970s. Our realtor can recommend one but I want one that is completely unbiased. Thank you for your input!

I would recommend using someone who is a member, preferably an ASHI Certified Inspector, of the “American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)”. Our ASHI inspector was very systematic, thorough, and provided a very well documented reports (photos of issues, dates equipment was made + usual lifetime, etc.).
