ECP volleyball - fraud and refunds and more charges

After not following through on fall programming and not providing a refund, I protested the charge from ECP with my credit card company. They issued a temporary credit while they investigate. Today ECP charged me again, with what appears to be interest. Check your credit card bills carefully if you are going through similar and trying to get a refund.
