Looks like coverage is subject to an annual maximum of 25k

“Standard Option members diagnosed with infertility can get any assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedure (not listed as an exclusion in the brochure).”

Curious to see what are included and excluded.

Hope other federal plans also jump on board with increased benefits!

Yes!! We did it OOP as Feds but totally agree this should be covered!

Wow! That sounds a lot better than the old Fed IVF plans that only covered 3 cycles total.

This is great! But it sounds like it won't cover egg freezing, right? Add it to the list for next year!

With an annual cap of $25k, it's really not that much better. That doesn't even cover one cycle of IVF.

I cycled at SG under the old Fed plans that covered IVF. The negotiated rate for the cycle was around $5k and meds were also covered. They’ll probably have something like that.

The old plans never covered freezing, donor gametes or embryo biopsy/PGS.
