Water bottle recommendations for PK3?

Our kid is still using the big munchkin sippy cups, but I think it's time to graduate him to a water bottle for PK3. Requirements (in priority order):

1) Easily washed in the dishwasher, ALL pieces. I assume this means no straws. This is a dealbreaker for me.
2) Easy for kid to use
3) Durable
4) Fairly lightweight
5) Not insanely expensive

Just buy a multipack at Costco. They will go through at least 6 this year.

OP here. No Costco membership, def want to buy online. Will definitely be buying in bulk, I'm nobody's fool.

We liked the thermos funtainer. All the parts, including the straw go in the dishwasher.
