In case anyone else is interested, in researching I came across another one which looks pretty good:charlesgate confidential (three eventually overalapping storylines in the 40s, 80, and 2010s, and fictionalized account of the gardiner heist. |

My book group just read Lehane's Small Mercies which was really good and we had a very interesting discussion. We never read crime thrillers/mysteries and it was a nice departure. |
