Help - Ticketmaster For International Venue

Anyone have experience with using Ticketmaster for international events (not Canada)? I’m struggling to access my tickets because the concert is in the UK and:
1. The Ticketmaster app doesn’t work if the event is outside the US or Canada.
2. The UK website is blocking my phone

I can access the tickets on my computer, but screenshots aren’t allowed and I’m not bringing my computer to the concert!

Any suggestions? I’ve contacted ticket master, but no help yet.
