Tall Fescue or Zoysia?

Need to lay sod in a portion of the yard that gets mostly full sun. In DMV area. Anyone have success or failures with zoysia or tall fescue? Not sure which to plant.

I have a zoysia lawn that was already planted when I moved into my house and it is bulletproof. No weeds at all. I don’t know how easy it is to establish from scratch though.
