“Vanderbilt's Transgender Health Clinic has been forced to turn over its patients' medical records to Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti who began requesting documents related to VUMC’s transgender clinic last fall.

In March, Skrmetti updated the ask to include the names of patients referred to the clinic and the providers who referred them, as well as all emails to and from the medical center’s general LGBTQ health program going back to 2015, according to court documents.”

The gov has always had it.

Here in nyc you sign into your nyc gov health account and your entire medical history there. I found this out when i was looked for proof that i got the covid vaccine.

Your entire medical history? Some states have an immunization database but I've never heard of a database that holds your entire medical history. How is that not a HIPAA violation?

I’m glad to see this. We saw doctors jump on the pain management train for money and I feel this is the next cash cow
