BMW 5 series 2023 vs 2024

I am thinking about buying BMW 530e. I am wondering if there is any reason to wait and get new 2024 model.
Another question. How’s BMW inventory lately? Are dealers more likely to provide significant discount on 2023 now that new 2024 models are about to come out?

Isn't there a complete redesign? If so, I'd wait.

If the new one looks anything like the i5, I'd get the old one. We don't know yet what the new one looks like because it has only been spied in camouflage shots. But someone leaked a rear image of what is purported to be the update 5 appearance and it looked a lot like the i5

Don't buy the 2023 model. The 2024 model is so much better

I thought my 5 series drank gas. I went Tesla after that because I was too impatient to wait for the BMW electric sedan (which I think is very cute).

I have an X-3 and the 2023 version lacks features the 2022 version had due to supply chain issues (semiconductors) so that's a factor to consider as well. 2024 could see a return to more features.

How do you compare driving between BMW and Tesla? Is driving Tesla as fun as driving BMW? Which Tesla model do you have?
