How’s Cleveland Elementary these days?

Anonymous
Looking at past threads, I see some pretty mixed reviews on Cleveland Elementary in this forum, but the threads seem to be at least 4 years old. Anyone there currently? What are your thoughts? I’m looking at enrolling my first-grader in the dual-language program. I see that some of the other nearby schools get more consistently positive reviews but don’t have the language immersion.

Also curious about this for the PK3 English program.

I believe Crazy Pumpkin Mom’s family is there if that tells you anything.

Cleveland is great until 4th grade for the bilingual program. Then there are challenges

Ok, thanks. I was worried about what it meant that no one was responding. And I have no idea what the pumpkin mom reference means.

I would imagine it means that very few people on this board have first hand experiences with Cleveland...for what it's worth the new principal seems great. From my experience they have some really great teachers and some ok teachers. Class sizes are great in the DL program. PTA has struggled to bounce back since COVID but I think there is some momentum. If your kiddo is in K, I believe, the new Euclid MS, will be coming online when they hit MS.
