Are you in PK3 now, or you're going into PK3 and already have the IEP?

It really depends on how your current school is working for you.

In pk-3 now through EI program, late birthday so doesn't qualify for pk-4. At Amidon-Bowen and it's good so far and was just curious on others experiences with pull outs and quality of Spec Education. Currently in an inclusion 10:6 classroom.

I do NOT think CMI would be worth the drive for you, nor worth the effort of transitioning the IEP and the kid. If you lived closer to CMI I might say it's a toss-up.
