Cost to build out a custom closet for twin daughters room?

+1 I think this will come out cheaper even when you hire someone to install it. I'd say, the pieces are approximately $1000 and labor would be about $1000 (for a day or two of work). |

| Drawers are pricey. To save money you could put an IKEA dresser in the closet and just do rods/shelves around it. |

| You could spend $5,000 or $50,000. Or you could build it yourself for $500. It all depends on what you want. |

The pieces could come out to be more than $1k. IME, the cheapest you can possible get is about $1k. I did four closets in the last two years and two others about a decade ago. |
