Metropolitan Doulas vs Doulas of Capitol Hill

Has anyone used either of these companies daytime postpartum doula service? DH and I have talked to both and received bios from doulas that could meet our needs, but are curious if anyone has experience with either company. We're mainly looking for someone to come during the daytime to help us adjust to parenthood.
