There are many options right off 95. Chick-fil-A, red Robin, Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans.

Not sure what definition of toddler friendly us but I would pack lunch for this drive. Stop and get out to stretch legs somewhere and eat lunch.

That's not halfway. In fact, depending on traffic on 95, that may still be another 3 hours from Williamsburg.
