| We've realized that our particular State Farm agent is terrible and are looking for a new agent in Virginia. We have everything insured with State Farms and don't feel like dealing with changing companies right now, just agents. Thanks for any suggestions! |

| Interesting, my agent was intimidating and it would cause me angst just talking to them, I by chance changed to somebody else there that was kind. |

| Why do you need an agent? What is that they can do that you can’t do yourself online |

| Is possible to change? We had a good one for many years but he retired and they assigned us a really bad one. We have been trying to change but they say it’s not good practice or something like that 😤 |
