Acupunturist in MD?

Anonymous
Hi, I've read most of the previous posts on acupuncture and read the recommendations for Lisa Eaves, Zoe Brenner and Keri Westhauser, but none of them are covered by my insurance. I also saw recommendations for Yun Brown, who is covered. Before I make an appointment, I wanted to see if anyone had experience with Beth Burke or Blue Heron Wellness in Silver Spring? or had other Silver Spring recommendations?

I've heard great things about Yun Brown, so that might be the way to go.

Thanks!

I loved Yun Brown.....

Her rates are better than the others as well....even without the additional insurance coverage. She has a basement office so I'm sure that's one reason it's cheaper than the others. She used the electric stim on me. I ended up with beautiful lining by my embryo transfer. I stimmed well given my medical circumstances. My cycle with her was successful!

I saw Zoe Brenner for a previous cycle. I felt like she was just too chatty...almost a bit ADD. By the time the needles were actually in I had like 20 minutes left out of my hour. Very friendly for sure but I just prefer my doctors to get down to business. Her rates were pretty high too.

I agree I found Zoe to be very nice but was paying too much money for just having a couple of needles. I guess I'm weird but I thought I needed more needles to be treated correctly. I also saw Henna at pulling down the moon , neither of them manipulate the needles, when I finnally went to Dr Huang in DC , he explain me that the needles needed to be rotated to get any benefits from acupuncture.
