That can’t be right. Maybe comparing Oakland to Boca? But Bay Area to Miami?

No idea why these folks who can WFH don’t just move to Humbolt or something, Miami of all places?

Not sure what this is about, but indeed Miami is much safer than the Bay Area.

Several of the fancy families at my DCs school moved to Miami, they all have 10-20 million dollar houses sitting in town unsold. At least one family did it for tax purposes but mostly bc Sf is a dump and we have really restrictive Covid rules for far longer the rest of America. Armed felons carjacking right across from school, poop and broken car glass everywhere. Violent mentally ill people shooting up in park bathrooms and then zombie walking all over the playground. Packages stolen off doorstep within seconds.

Humbolt smells like weed. I don't want to smell that all the time.

Progressive SJW government and legislators have turned most of the Bay Area into a crime infested sh*t hole.

That sounds right to me. The Bay Area used to be nice (except Oakland) but to say it’s gone downhill over the last decade is a massive understatement. On the other hand, Miami used to be bad but Florida in general has been improving a lot over the last decade.

If by much safer, you mean almost twice the murder rate

Such a shame, used to be one of the most beautiful city. I miss it greatly, as does my husband. WTF were progressives thinking?

I believe the Oakland Raiders are moving to Las Vegas, at least I thought I read that a week or so ago. Oakland is lost beyond whatever once that happens. And in Chicago the bears have purchased land in the suburbs and although the politicians are trying to keep them in the city, that is not going to happen. Democrats, liberal, progressive s holes. What a f g joke.

So does D.C., lol. You can't make this garbage up. What were the voters thinking, truly, what did they think would happen with this ridiculous lawless mindset of a society.

SF does have a serious property crime issue, which is annoying. But in terms of the risk of being murdered, every major city in Florida is more dangerous.

Not if you include Oakland, which would make for a fair comparison.

Or you can compare SF with some white, wealthy enclaves in any FL city.

Correct. In an apples to apples comp of similar demos, FL is a runaway winner.
