Need advice for school dramas

A,B,C are teens. private high school,
A.B- Boys, C-Girl

* A case *
A and B are newbies in school this school year so C generously introduced A.B to her school friends and let them join her friends' group however A is a typical boy(loves video games, debate,sports) born in the States, he joined other group. B was from Eastern Asia last year with his mom for his high school and very girly so B became C's friends group member( B is not a gay. just a boy who likes to chat other kids in the couch rather than do something physically. Later then, kids realized that B is a boy who loves to spread dramas in school . Gossip boy)

A.B.C joined same NPO for volunteering community. At there,B's mom spanked harshly A with her flip-flop all of sudden. Later all parents there noticed that B always has complained about A to mom what A did to B in school ( B is a really big mouse and he made dramas with lots of exaggeration.)

When A's mom knew this, she was very upset so she seriously thinks to report this the police and make this a criminal case.
and A' mom realized that B's mom often insulted A verbally in public space (volunteering space)

At this point
(1) Should A's mom report this to school head as well?
(2) what should she include in if she report ? She has a meeting with a criminal lawyer.


*C case *

As I mentioned above, B was a newbie in school. C generous helped B to land the school smoothly. As you know, private school is small community compared than public school. Sometimes it is hard to join a friends' group when a student came to school in higher grade.
C helped B everything she could and supported him well.
B and C joined clubs. Some clubs they join together as friends. Now C is running as a president of one club. so she asked her friends to help her. C helped other friends too.
Few days ago, C realized that B went to other president candidate of a club which C is running for a president and negotiated secretly that B would support other candidate to become a president if other candidate support him as a next year president.
C was shocked when she heard about this. B already holds a leadership position since C and C's friends supported B and did a campaign actively for him. But now C realized that B supported other candidate for B's next year president.

And she realized that B made bad dramas for her and spread it even different grade students too. The only reason was C's GPA revealed higher that B and C is expected as a rank 1 in her class.
At this point,
(1) Will C keep B as a friend?
(2) what do you think about B?

If someone spanked my child with a flip flop I would not go to the police or the head of school. I would just avoid that person.

Tell C to handle her own club problems.

+1, especially given that they are teens.

However, I am finding it hard to believe that a mother of a teen spanked another teen with her flip flops in public at a volunteer event. My parents are east Asian, and they would never hit another teen in public. That's some crazy sh1t going on there.

He can support whomever he wants to in an election. Sounds like C is a drama queen
