Difference btwn Next Level's rec (Little Spartans) and travel teams for 1st-3rd graders?

My daughter did Next Level preK LaxKids in Spring 2021, and as a kindergartener has taken a year of "Level 1" clinics. She has really enjoyed the one-day-a-week clinics so far, and I'm trying to figure out what to do next fall when she'll be in 1st grade -- and the few years after that.

What is going to be the difference between the NL Little Spartans "Little Red" (K-1st) / "Little Blue" (2nd-3rd) rec teams, and the NL travel team for the Class of 2034 (1st grade)? Do the rec teams only meet on Saturdays, so most people supplement with a weekday "Game Skills" class? And if so, is that much different than the practice and play frequency of the travel team? I've seen prior boards indicating than most kids don't start travel until 4th/5th, but wondering why, since travel is an option in NL beginning in 1st grade.

Thanks.

"Travel" in third grade and below isn't really travel. Its mostly playdays against other local teams and I believe they play local rec. Difference is really another day of practice and playing with better girls
