My Wife has become fat (subjective) and I still find her attractive

She still takes very good care of herself, dresses very well (Chanel does make stuff in her size she says), isn't down on herself (quite to the contrary shes the happiest Ive seen in years), and our relationship is great. Just wanted to throw that out there.

You sound like a keeper. Imagine that. A man who has a fat wife and he still finds her attractive. Maybe they should give you some kind of prize. But the real question is whether she still finds you attractive despite you being fat? Just wanted to throw that out there.

That's great and it sounds like you're lucky to have each other. But you know what? Attraction is a subjective thing. You can't MAKE yourself find someone attractive. Sure, you can be attracted to someone you weren't initially drawn to after getting to know them (happens all the time), but people shouldn't condemn others because of feelings that they have no control over. Attraction is a myterious and subjective thing. I'm a woman, and if my husband put on a ton of weight and developed man boobs and a big gut, I would not find him attractive. And I doubt that I could will myself into doing so. Which is why I get defensive of the husbands on this board who get called "shallow" and "superficial" because they find their wives' weight gain a turnoff.

I would like to think this is authentic but it appears too pat and possibly another vehicle for a pp from the other thread.

What makes me most doubt the sincerity is the "wears Chanel" line. Chanel clothing doesn't fit an above size 8 American woman.

I would hate it if this post is real and the husband thinks that anyone over the size of 6 is "fat."

Not true, my grandmother wears Chanel and she is probably a 16. How would the Queen of England wear her Chanel suits? How did Hillary Clinton wear Chanel when she was heavier in the late 90's? We aren't talking runway here.

For the record, the Queen and Hillary Clinton have never worn Chanel. An Englishwoman wearing French? Never! She has her clothing custom-made from an English firm. Hillary wears Nina McLemore and other American designers. And no, Chanel maybe only goes to a size 12 at most if you are wearing couture, not haute couture. A size 12 wears like an 8 approximately.
