What to wear as a wrap with a formal gown

| I posted here recently and got some good advice about buying a formal dress/shoes but of course forgot to buy anything to go on top! The event is on Friday night--4.16 and is tented but I imagine it will get chilly. I don't want to do a blazer thing. |

| Some type of a decorative shawl or shrug. Most evening departments have a selection of them nearby to match. |
