Infertility Support and Discussion
|
I keep reading conflicting information. Some say the more you have sex, the better. Some say every other day is best if your partner has sperm issues. Also, I understand to have a lot of sex before ovulation and on the day of ovulation, but I don't understand why some sources advise to have sex after ovulation too (I thought the egg was only alive for 12-24 hours).
I guess my question is for those who got pregnant with male sperm issues, how often and how many times did you have sex? |
| Everyone's different. DH has low morphology (misshapen sperm) so we had sex every other day. TCOY recommends in some situations having sex the morning your temperature rises (when you're ovulating) as the window is closing fast but not closed. We plan to do this as I often get my period at night and so worry that I am miscalculating days. |
