Recess & Results - Free Preview Classes for Children Ages 3-11 in Chevy Chase (4/7 & 4/10)

The Montgomery County Department of Recreation is offering two free preview sessions of our new Recess & Results program at the Wisconsin Place Community Center in Chevy Chase. Recess & Results is a new movement and education class designed to make exercise fun while promoting an active and healthy lifestyle from an early age. To promote the upcoming Recess & Results spring sessions, free preview classes are being offered at the times below:

Wed, April 7
3-5 yrs, 4pm-4:30pm & 6-11 yrs, 4:30pm-5pm

Sat, April 10
3-5 yrs, 12pm-12:30pm & 6-11 yrs, 12:30pm-1pm

The Wisconsin Place Community Center is located at 5311 Friendship Blvd, Chevy Chase, 20815. We are between Western and Willard Avenues, next to Bloomingdales and across the street from the GEICO office building. You can reach the center by calling 240-777-8088. Limited street parking is available and we are within a half block walk of the Friendship Heights metro station. There is also a Colonial Parking garage attached to the Wisconsin Place complex with ample paid parking.

Unfortunately the Recess & Results spring classes have been canceled due to low enrollment, and the demo classes for Saturday, 4/10, have been canceled as well. Keep an eye out for additional preview classes in late summer for fall programs.
