How do you know she doesn’t have allergies? This is a classic allergy symptom. Since it’s bothering her most overnight it might be a indoor allergen like dust mites or the feathers in her pillow.

Pinkeye. 2 of my kids just had it this week.

Pink eye is the same as allergic conjunctivitis which is allergy eyes. Having it in both eyes is more likely with allergies than bacterial conjunctivitis which is standard pink eye in one eye.

This week switched transitioned from heavy tree pollen to grass pollen.
