In this workshop Dr. Rene will cover the basics of separation anxiety and the options for best managing it. This will include what schools and caregivers can do to help and ways parents can best prepare children for these transitions. In the second hour, we'll discuss ways to help children cope with other anxieties and fears. This includes an introduction to cognitive-behavioral therapy ideas and ways to offer this to young children.
