I wanted to go online and stop the autopay and have the bill me every month. I prefer to send them a check because I just don't trust their billing system. However, my online account is locked. They were supposed to send me a temporary password but that hasn't arrived. This has been an ordeal. Fortunately, their customer service representatives on the phone have been polite.
Me again. I was finally able to reset my account. On my profile, it states I am NOT enrolled in auto pay. I was on auto pay for years. I am just going to send them a check in the mail. Hopefully, I will now be receiving a bill in the mail.
