Not a big deal a few days per month but definitely not something you want to be absorbing every day. First of all, how do you get a tampon in during non-menstruating times? Second, how does wearing a tampon keep you fresh?

Well you must really have some goo pulsing through your vaginal area 30 days of the month to be able to comfortably insert a tampon on off days.
