Sorry, but that's just not true for everybody. I definitely had symptoms before it was time to test, with each of my two pregnancies. With the first, it was nausea, with the second, it was extremely sore boobs (and I never, and I mean NEVER, get sore boobs). Some people's bodies are just more sensitive to hormones than others.
