Currently Disney is able to self govern meaning tax and provide services. Desantis is taking away Disney's ability to tax. Taxes at Disney properties will now go to local and state gov not Disney. If Disney wants to maintain its current level of services it might need to continue to privately fund things such as EMS without the benefit of the tax revenue it currently enjoys.[/quote]
