This REALLY isn't good for you---think Toxic Shock Syndrome not to mention all the gross chemicals (especially bleach) that are in tampons.  Not a big deal a few days per month but definitely not something you want to be absorbing every day.  You are really putting yourself at increased risk for infection and messing with your normal vaginal pH balance.  That said, this might not actually be a bad recommendation for the the poster's dilemma.  Hope you'll reconsider your frequent tampon use, though.

Well you must really have some goo pulsing through your vaginal area 30 days of the month to be able to comfortably insert a tampon on off days.

You might want to see a doctor, this does not sound normal to me.  My vagina is not dry a healthy vagina isn't dry....though I suppose after you go through menopause, it must be dryer.[/quote]
