Bless her heart." Usually said while shaking head. Is used with affection for small children and people you love who just don't have their stuff together. Can refer to appearance (as in a child with a dirty face) or behavior (chasing a sister through the house). Not sure what addition of hot means, although when I've heard it used is not a substitute for attractive. [/quote]
