Tylenol causes liver damage when taken too long, or in high doses. Advil is a much safer drug. I don't know what 3x a day means (need to know the dosage) but lots of doctors will recommend long-term ibuprofin use. In fact, the longer you use it, the better certain problems get. Its anti-inflammatory effect means that certain muscular problems will heal better/stronger with regular use. [/quote]
