Choose your hard today! [/quote] I am not the OP but I love this view on life. I forced myself to the gym tonight despite being burned out from work. I did over 150 push ups on top of the other movements (ie I can’t move my arms right now), but I would rather be sore and feel like I accomplished something versus sitting on the couch, regretting my decision to not workout. It is 100% about discipline. [/quote]
