My husband threw up once the other night (brief stomach bug) and just seemed so debilitated by it that it made me feel angry and resentful, like he has insufficient empathy for what it feels like to be in that condition day after day, week after week with no relief in sight.
If your DH is like my DH, he will be good practice for dealing with a whiny child :) While I love my DH more than anything, when he is sick, he acts like a 5 y/o who is dying. I feel your pain! Definitely check to see if you can get our dosage raised, once you get it figured out you will feel better. Ginger is also great to help with nausea (assuming you can get something down). My friend got the small chrystalized ginger cubes and ate one every hour while she was awake, seemed to really help.
