Do toddlers still get diaper rash after they're done with diapers?

DS is recently potty trained, and I'm just wondering whether to hold onto those unused diaper rash creams or give them away. Thanks!

Hang on to one or two in the event of illness (diarhhea). Is he overnight trained? Or just daytrained? Mine would occasionally have a little rash if they had a BM overnight, but mine were also notorious night-poopers.

I still use diaper cream on my preschooler when she doesn't wipe well enough and it gets irritated down there.

I'm not the PP, but I use Desitin on my entire family, including myself, for any rash that causes itching that breaks the skin, and any hard to heal cut. The zinc is incredible. I use it on a pimple at night and it has scabbed over by morning. Fantastic stuff.

And anyone can get chafed.

For rashes. I have very sensitive skin.

I often get them behind my ear and other "hidden folds". I'm from a different climate and my skin didn't get used to the wearer here.

Glad to hear it. I was just wondering if it was worth trying.

Yeah, life sucks sometimes.
