Has anyone used Lume deodorant?

What is your review of Lume?

it's great - less sticky and dries faster than other clean deodorant

also lasts all day

I use it. I like it. It works better for me than Secret Clinical Strength was working.

I did not like it. I was just thinking about that! I used a LOT of different "natural" deodorants (not anti-perspirants) over a span of several years. I actually seem to have sensitivities to many anti-perspirants and they make me itch and sweat, so that's fun.

The Lume - I did not like the smell! I don't remember if they have multiple scents or not, or what I ordered (I think just original) and I thought the actual smell was like B.O.! I contacted their customer service to see if I received an old batch or something. Ugh. I really wanted to like it. I did not find that it "protected from odor" any better than other natural deos that I did like.

Since no one asked, I'll say my favorite deodorant for winter is Native - best application, nice scents, doesn't make my clothes messy, but doesn't hold up to sweat. I started using Real Purity this spring and I think that is my favorite natural one overall. However, in the end I decided that I am tired of worrying about whether I stink and started using Dermadoctor Total Nonscents, which is an antiperspirant, but more gentle than almost all others!

Yes! I think I have some kind of citrus scent. It works really great.

It works on the butt. Works on pits too but wears off after 24 hours

How does it compare to Native? I've tried a few different deodorants, and none of them work as well as non-natural. There are days when my Native works great, and other times when it feels (and smells) like I don't have any on.

Who needs deodorant to work for 24 hours?

It is amazing for feminine odor, like amazing! Haven’t tried it for armpits but it is great otherwise.

I love Lume! Stops my feet from stinking. I also use it under my arms and it works really well.

The coconut and vanilla scents are surprisingly bad. I bought a sampler, and I like the sweet lily, lavender sage, and silver spruce scents.

It works amazingly well for controlling odor, seriously. It does not, however, stop you from sweating. For me, it’s perfect for working from home, a normal day at the office, or weekends. If I’m in a situation where the site of damp armpits might be a problem (meeting, deposition, court, fancy evening) an anti-perspiration might be better. That said, you can actually skip a day and your sleeve seams won’t smell like onions.

I bought a sampler and I thought that each scent smelled so awful. Like infection. Disgusting.

I bought some, it works.

I was intrigued so I purchased some in two different fragrances. Smelled awful! Would never dream of putting that scent on my body.

Haven't tried Lume, yet, but I've been using Native for the last 6 months after several tries with other natural deodorants. Native is the only one that works for me....BUT.....now I'm battling awful yellow pit staining on my beautiful white t-shirts. So bummed. I'm all for natural but not if I have to deal with this issue. I've ruined two expensive white T's due to Native. So in the garbage it goes and back to Dry Idea, I go!
