Merit School of Clarendon (or Arlington) reviews?

Any current reviews of either of the Merit School’s Arlington locations?

My daughter was in the infant program in the Clarendon location, but we switched her for preschool. She had some amazing teachers that we adored. There was a lot of turnover though, and we were not very happy with how they were handling COVID. This was at the beginning of the pandemic, but we noticed them mixing classes and teachers not wearing masks. Could be better now that we are a year into it.

We were briefly enrolled in their infant program before switching to a different center (did not like their 1:4 ratio and switched to a 1:3 center) but remained on their listserv for some time. Looks like they went through three directors last year--I would ask about that.

A former coworker's daughter hand was fractured in a preschool classroom with a male teacher (Mr.Thahn) that was left alone by former preschool teacher Ms.Fed and out of ratio and that situation is what lead to Jhane leaving merit and taking her daughter with her because the answers that the center was given was not adding up and the proper action was not taken. There had been numerous coverups of situations like these by Alpha and more by Erin before alpha became director.
It was told to an employee (that Ms.Alpha confided in) that The reason why licensing has not been on her back is because "the licensing lady likes her." There had been employees standing outside waiting to get in the building because of lateness by Ms.Alpha.
