Totally. I wonder what would have happened if her child was a boy. How do moms with major men issues tend to treat their sons? I imagine either horribly or they worship the ground their boys walk on. |

Aubry suffered far greater injury than Martinez, which leads me to believe Martinez either initiated the fight or took it too far.
Halle sounds like a crazy woman. That hit and run was when I realized she is not an honest woman. I think it was also she who initiated the divorce from Aubry, who seems to care for his daughter Nahla. I think the move to France was an attempt to get away from Aubry and limit Nahla's interaction with Aubry. Shame on you, Halle. But karma is going to bit her in the butt eventually. I feel very badly for Aubry. I think he just realized that his daughter is around a true thug. |

| She is trying to x out her baby's father..a guy who by all accounts is a good dad. She was okay with him taking care of a lot of parenting stuff until she met Martinez..then she decided she wanted a new baby daddy. She has created this tension ..I can't believe how well Gabriel has handled this. Look at his injuries ..Martinez is dangerous. By the way..I don't believe the security camera story..convenient. I hope the child is taken from her. |

I think it's pretty obvious what happened. Halle was denied permission from the court to move Nahla to France to live with Martinez. So, they decided to do whatever they could to goad Aubry, get a rise out of him, then go to court and act like he's a dangerous person to be around and Halle must get Nahla away from him. My question: two men got in a fight. How is one man thus dangerous and the other not? How can Halle justify to the court cutting Aubry out of Nahla's life for being dangerous and then having her life with another party in the fight!? They also clearly repositioned the cameras specifically to NOT get footage of whatever they had planned to go on in that driveway. Olivier Martinez is NOT Nahla's parent and had no right to go out there and say anything to Aubry while he was dropping his daughter off with her mother for a holiday. Period.
Halle is a terrible mother who is only thinking of herself. Who cares if she doesn't like Aubry anymore- she chose to have a child with him and he wants to see that little girl, clearly. Nahla deserves to have her father in her life, not a string of stand-ins that Halle brings in until she inevitably runs them off as well and then goes to the press talking about how horrible they were to her. I don't have a dog in this fight. Not a Halle Berry fan, don't know shit about the other two other than what's in the news recently. But it's all a big mess and I think at some point it becomes pretty clear that Halle Berry makes bad choices in partners/relationships and has now dragged a child into her mess. |

Halle Berry, who is known for scheming in the past (the hit and run, etc.), recently had her latest attempt at a scheme fall through (trying to move to France with Nahla).
Merely days later, her fiance and Aubry get into a fight. Aubry had managed to behave himself throughout the entire contentious trial, and was presumably happy with the outcome. Who has the motive here? Not Aubry. |

| Amen...Halle Berry should lose custody or have someone from the court monitoring her. I would also say her boyfriend should not be allowed around the daughter. I saw those pictures..he is dangerous. Can you imagine if he got angry at Nahla. This is a toxic situation..created by Miss Berry. If she wants to be with her boyfriend in France..fine..then go there when she isn't with her daughter but getting so mad that she can't move her that she puts this scheme together is awful. I also think it is weird that she her people put a release that her child never saw anything since she ran into the house. THis is not believable..this was planned. If her ex suddenly started attacking her boyfriend..you are caught off guard and try to protect..This whole thing smells. Notice she is being very quiet in the media now..someone has let her know that her goose is cooked..finally!! Why can't she be normal and share custody and move on..lot's of people do it and do it well. |

| This whole incident is so fishy. Aubry was severely beaten up and Martinez just had a little itty bitty cut on his hand. It looks like Aubry did not even get the chance to defend himself. This fact along with the security cameras having been repositioned sure ad up to a likely set up. |

| You just have to hope the judge has some common sense and reads everyone involved the riot act and orders court monitored supervised visits for ALL of them. BTW, Martinez went out the next day in plan view of papparazzi and made sure to poke his right hand out to the camera to show how "swollen" it was. His only injury. Meanwhile half of Aubry's face is busted. Please now. |
